ABOUT US

Something Blue is a wedding coordinating company founded by a mother-daughter duo who have a passion for bringing a couple’s wedding vision to life. We are organized and experienced, and we know how to throw a great party.

We are full of creative ideas and innovative solutions, and we will keep your day running perfectly smooth.

We help with organizing and finalizing your plans, creating a detailed wedding day timeline, decorating, prepping, managing vendors on your big day, tearing down, and every detail in between.

Meagan and Desiree had both been coordinating weddings on their own for friends and acquaintances for seven years before finally going into business with one another. They are BFFs and are always thinking on the same wavelength.

Desiree is a mom of four adult children and a grandma to 4 sweet grandbabies. She loves home decorating, gardening, and eating Justin’s peanut butter cups in a closet or binge watching HGTV. She is a jack-of-all-trades and the one from whom Meagan learned her love of party planning and type-A-ness. When it comes to planning weddings, Desiree is a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Meagan is a mom of two preschoolers, a school nurse, and a party-planning fanatic. Her favorite creative outlet is planning her kids’ birthday parties. She also enjoys traveling, playing board games with her hubby, and eating raw sugar cookie dough after the kids are in bed. Meagan says that coordinating weddings is her favorite passion project and she just loves when she can help a couple make all of their wedding day dreams come alive.
Keagan is a mom of two beautiful boys and a collector of many creative outlets. She has an eye for design and loves helping others bring joy and beauty into their lives. In her spare time, she enjoys going on picnics with her family, creating children's clothing, and watching old Disney Channel movies on VHS. Most of all, her detail oriented mind and variety of event planning knowledge makes Keagan an amazing asset to your big day.

Regan is an enthusiastic gal with a passion for creativity, hosting, and people. In her free time, you will find her visiting coffee shops with her husband Kenaniah, playing with her goldendoodle Lorelai (yes, like Gilmore Girls!), thrifting for home projects, and teaching violin to her sweet students. Regan loves finding beautiful ways to express creativity, and is excited to help turn your wedding dreams into reality!
